Styrofoam chips are a great safeguard against impact, but they can possibly penetrate the body of the device through the cooling webs and cause severe damage.
Tip: Wrap the apparatus in a plastic bag before packing it. Please ensure that there is an isolation layer of at least 10 cm completely surrounding the apparatus, including the top

Important Notice:
We reserve the right to charge between €10.00 and €30.00 extra expenses for packaging and filling material, depending on size and amount, in case a safe and secure return shipment in the customer’s package cannot be ensured! Please use only stable, solid cartons that are as good as new for the shipment! Also, please do not kink or bend the cables when packing the apparatus!
